Late Shri Shantiswarup Jaishankar Dave was a distinguished transformer design engineer whose contributions played a significant role in the evolution of India's electrical equipment industry.
A graduate of Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai, he began his professional career with General Electric Company of India as a Transformer Design Engineer. During his illustrious career, he was among the pioneers responsible for introducing aluminium-wound transformers in India, a landmark development that transformed transformer manufacturing in the country. This pioneering role and the founding of Fairdeal in 1987 are reflected in the company's profile.
In 1987, he founded Fairdeal Electricals & Engineering with a clear vision—to build a company founded on engineering excellence, uncompromising quality, and customer trust.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led business development initiatives for many MNC’s for Transformers, Switchgears, Substations, T&M, and power distribution solutions across diverse market segments.
